Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if:
- Product received is damaged
- Wrong product delivered
- Package is tampered with during delivery
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used tea products cannot be returned due to hygiene and food safety reasons.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must report return requests within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
